Contemporary Ceramic Art
Solo exhibition Interbeing
Loneliness is not always about being alone.
Sometimes it is about missing a deeper connection, with our roots, with one another, and with life itself.
I began learning shaping Korean moon jars as a way to reconnect with my roots, to feel, to follow curiosity, and to embrace the beauty of imperfection.
During my solo exhibition Interbeing, I explore the space between farewell and belonging, between Korea and the Netherlands, between self and other.
Inspired by Korean ceramic art and shaped by softness, imperfection, and presence, this work invites a moment of slowing down, an encounter with ourselves, with each other, and with the invisible threads that connect us.
You are warmly invited to slow down, to look, and to meet.
