Interplus coaching

Sometimes we reach a place in life where the old answers no longer fit.

We may long for stillness, for direction, for a deeper sense of who we are. We search for connection with ourselves, with others, with something larger than ourselves.

And perhaps the journey is not about finding something new. Perhaps it is about coming home.

Interplus is a space for reflection, awareness and growth. There is no quick fix and no promise of becoming a better version of yourself. Instead, there is space to slow down, to become curious, and to meet what is already here.
I believe that transformation happens through connection: when we learn to stay present with ourselves, with another, and with life as it unfolds.

In our conversations, we may encounter patterns, fears,
desires, loss, change, questions of identity, work, relationships or meaning. Not as problems that need to be fixed, but as parts of ourselves asking to be seen and understood.

My way of working brings together Eastern and Western perspectives, reflection and creativity, sensitivity and analytical clarity. I meet you not as an expert on your life, but as another human being, walking beside you for a while.
Because underneath all our searching, striving and becoming, there may be something much simpler waiting to be remembered:
Connection with what is, is coming home to yourself.
My intention is to create a space where, for a moment, you do not have to become anything. Where you are allowed simply to be.

Coaching is available in Dutch or English, online or in person.
We begin with a free introductory conversation to meet each other and explore whether my way of working feels right for you.
